3 Year Anniversary

This past weekend was our 3 year anniversary. We were able to spend it up at Rachel's uncle's cabin at Bear Lake. We mostly just relaxed and went to the beach.

I made chocolate souffle. It was nothing short of awesome.

Some spots on the beach were like quicksand where when you step it became liquefied. We tried to cross this little section and my leg just sank down to my knee. It took me a little bit of effort to get out with my shoe still on my foot. It was really funny.

BYU - Utah Rugby

Last night, I went and saw the rugby match with Rachel and my dad. It was a fun time even though BYU lost.

311 Day - Las Vegas

So this is delayed post. I forgot to put the pictures on my computer.

On March 11, Greg and I drove down to Vegas to witness the biennial concert for 311. It was an epic show that lasted 5 hours and 60 songs. All the other 311 Day shows have been in New Orleans and this was my chance to actually go to such an event. It was awesome.

The next morning we went to the hot tub and I had my iPod shuffle in my pocket. But luckily it still works. We also saw BYU lose to UNLV at the Mountain West Tournament.

Then on the drive home, we hit a massive snow storm. Here are some pictures:

St. George Spectrum 10k

This past Saturday was the St. George Spectrum 10k run. It was my first race of that length. It is a stepping stone to the half marathon my family is getting ready for in June. It was a good race. I finished with a time of 1:06. Not too bad. Room for improvement.

This picture was taken as I was spitting something out of my mouth. Apparently Rachel thought it was funny by the look on her face.

Jazz Game

A couple of weeks ago my parents had a couple of extra tickets to the Jazz/Atlanta game. The tickets were mid court on the 12 row. It was the closest I've been and it was awesome. Even though they lost.
